TRHD is a brand operated by Nevi Fitness Solutions LLP, Mumbai, India. Using this site, reserving a size, or using the TRHD app means you accept these terms.

A reservation is not an order and not a contract of sale. It holds first claim on your size and gets you a 48-hour early-access window before public release. It is free, carries no payment obligation, and you can walk away at any point before you pay.

We may cancel a reservation if a size sells out, if a drop is delayed, or if we cannot fulfil it. If that happens we will tell you by email. Nothing is charged either way.

All prices on this site are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown against a reservation are the intended drop price and may change before the drop opens; the price you are charged is the one shown at checkout, and you confirm it before paying.

Shipping timelines, delivery charges, and the returns window are set out on /shipping-returns/ and form part of these terms.

The TRHD app is provided as-is for training and nutrition tracking. It is not medical advice. Plans, calorie estimates, and other AI-generated content may be wrong or unsuitable for you — review them critically and consult a professional before acting on them. Details of what the app does are at /app/.

App subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, and cancellations and refunds follow the store policy you bought through. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Keep your login details to yourself. Do not resell our garments as authorised stock, misrepresent the brand, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.

The TRHD name, crest, photography, garment designs, and site copy belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

We stand behind our garments and will put right anything defective. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the app, or the products. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you reserve or order is the one that applies to that reservation or order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
